European Spinning Group and Thai Acrylic partner to create outdoor yarn range

European Spinning Group (ESG) has partnered with Thai Acrylic Fibre Co. Ltd., to develop solution dyed acrylic yarns designed for outdoor applications. The yarn range is marketed under brand name ESG RA Outdoor powered by Durashine™ fibre.

ESG is a specialty yarn producer for weaving and knitting fabrics for various markets and applications such as interior and outdoor textiles, apparel and technical textiles. With a focus on innovation, sustainability and creativity, and a partnership approach with all key stakeholders, ESG has established itself as a preferred yarn supplier across six continents.

ESG RA Outdoor yarn range is powered by Durashine, a solution-dyed acrylic fibre from Thai Acrylic Fibre and is suitable for various outdoor applications including awnings, outdoor furniture, carpets and marine exterior. With best-in-class resistance to UV fading, color brilliancy, durability and performance characteristics of the yarns remain unchanged year after year.
